Since my radio show is on hopefully temporary hiatus, I’ve missed sharing information with you about Indy’s great not-for-profits that you might not know about. One such organization is MORNING LIGHT and I want to share information about their 13th annual BEACH BALL Fundraiser.

MORNING LIGHT operates the Abbie Hunt Bryce home, which offers hospice and medical care for the terminally ill  poor.  They also have Pennwood Place Apartments next door offering 35 living units for the “active poor” and  providing plenty of activities. Both facilities are located near 46th & Keystone.

Here’s the fun part. The 13th annual BEACH BALL supporting these efforts will be held on March 12 at  FORUM Conference & Events Center in Fishers. You should go and have a great time!

There is a “Reverse” dress code for this event. Hawaiian shirts, bermudas and flip flops are preferred.  You’ll enjoy live music, an interactive auction and food from THE JAZZ KITCHEN.

To learn more about attending and/or sponsoring, call 317-218-7554 ext. 102 or visit www.morninglightinc.org.

You’ll be glad you did.

I’ll be in New  York but feel guilty about it so  you can alleviate my angst by supporting MORNING LIGHT!
